Co-Pilot: Experienced, looking for seat.

Not going to make the trip in my own rig, won't have a vehicle ready by the time of the rally.

My back up plans have fell through, might be one last ditch effort but that is a HUGE maybe.

So, I am looking for a seat.

I have driven to Panama and back (from Wyoming) 2x by myself (mostly) in my own truck. I know the routes, I know the language, I know what you need to cross borders (not like you need much for Mexico) and I know how to deal with the cops. I am also a heck of a navigator and I don't need no stinking GPS!!

I am 39yrs old, easy going, like beers/rum/tequila and street tacos and I don't care if you bed down at 9pm, I can find my own fun! I also travel light.

Who is looking for a co-pilot!? FYI, it is probably best if you didn't cram me into your mini-van with the family. Fair warning.....!!

looked into it. many countries are difficult if not down right against it. lots of hoops and holes to jump over. although i was looking into CA... dont know for sure for SA. vehicle cant be older than 15 years old, etc. I would like to get a 240/300d and sell it once im done,but im looking at other routes now.... ill prob be backpacking, myself.

I just send you a pm, right now its a 70% chance I can still make the rally. My rig is Laredo right now, we have been doing some pre running and shock tuning for the KOH EMC, which we may also go race, I am just waiting on some work dates and locations for some new job commitments.

But the plan would be for you to meet me in Laredo, you can fly into SA cheap via Southwest or into Laredo check on expedia there is always deals. We can take all the backroads to Guanajuato.

Did you get my email? My work dates were moved to Jan 2013, so I maybe able to make this event. I just need to coordinate, calculate some travel costs, and stage for the Bongo!

Depending on the course we may just take the PUG, but we would rather take the Jeep Speed. Also the Limo is ready with 31" All Terrain Tires if anyone wants to rent it!
