Wil and his crew at Sierra Expeditions took great care of a little glitch that seemed to be more on my end.
All I have to say is, PHENOMENAL Customer Service! They will definately have my business (with less hassle, from me, next time I hope) again in the future.
I give these guys 5 stars for customer service!!!:wings:
Thanks again guys.

Times like this make me want to go buy a piggy bank and label it "Money for Sierra Expeditions Only". I guess I'll stock up on the next sale.

:Hijack on:
Why do you need replacement cig plugs, are the original ones failing or just getting damaged?
I had one on my Waeco fry and I built a new one with a better quality adaptor plug. I'm not familiar with the Engel cig adaptors.

Engel uses a "thermo fuse" unit and includes a small light to tell you if there's power to the cig plug...well, my light fried...hence....no powa to the fridge on 12V....
Now, I could go to radio shack, find a new light, and re-solder the plug...but I'd just as soon order a couple plugs and fuses.....

Yep makes sense to me. :) Mine is a goofy Ausie style Din plug for 12V which is about halk the size of the US Cig Plugs. I finaly found good quality DIN plugs at a marine supply place in the UK. I now have spares too.
