Anyone ever seen one of these setup with a camper or the like for expedition use?
I secretly crave one, with a modern 4.0, D44's, and a Camper Box on the back, man that'd be fun...

And for those of you who have never seen one:

I allways loved the Mini Version the FC-150. Just reminds me of the toys from when i was a kid!

There is a vintage article about taking an FC around the world.
Go to: http://thefcconnection.com/four_wheeling_around_the_world.htm
I am working a lead on an FC 170 and thought it would be fun to do a vintage expedtion, a few days on the road, light offroading, tent, cooler with ice. Nothing too serious...
Of course I'm a closet cab over guy - FC's, Unimogs, Fugo's, split screen vw vans...

Cheers
Now thinking about what to do with the 1982 Toyota Pickup 4x4 (119,000km) that someone traded me.

Looking for an FC go here: http://members4.boardhost.com/jeepfc/
Had here for sale for a few days and someone else posted it a few years ago when I started the build.
Last night I saw a FC jeep for sale on eBay, but this AM I can't seem to find it.
Anyway, it was a really cool ex-marine corps crew cab. I hadn't seen a crew cab before.
It was in really good shape, and being advertised as a super-rare military collectors item.

Would love to get my hooks into one of those.
Lynn, try
I remember the one I saw being in a lot better shape, but the mind is the first to go after 40.
At least, I think I heard that somewhere.
Maybe.
