Which New Vehicle for NA and Why

If you were able to buy one vehicle in the U.S. that is not available now which one and why?

Some popular choices might includes:
1. Military-spec Jeep J8 made in Egypt
2. CrewCab Fuso or Izuzu 4x4
3. Diesel Toyotas
