Not sure how many others here have seen the 4wd monthly DVDs (4wd action), but one of the hosts Roothy is quite a character. In every episode he is designated the chef, I was searching youtube and found some clips..

In the Bush Mechanic video that's making the rounds (just left Houston this morning for New Jersey), he made Wombat Poo Stew. Took him three beers. He usually uses beer in it, but since the Adventure Camper guys were from the more "hoity toity" southern Austrailia, where ther is also vinyards, they used a flask of red wine (in a box). LOL

It was awesome, and looked really good.
