Looking to sell my custom built Coleman Tent Trailer. It was rebuilt from the ground up by me, lifted and modified to carry 2 ATVs (Quads). It started life as an 86 Coleman, was stripped down to the bare walls and rebuilt with just about new everything; Floor, walls, formica counter tops, cushions, upholstery, New Bear Creek Canvas , plumbing, frame, lights, wiring, new 6 gallon propane water heater, exterior shower, 30 gallon water tank, etc. Exterior was painted with GrizzlyGrip bed liner material. replaced the axle with a 3500 lb unit with brakes. Second steel frame built and mounted to the bottom to add the ATV platforms. It has been to the beach and southern California desert, hauling two quads.

Has not been used since last summer and is in storage. With the wife in school and about to start the nursing program we will be too busy to get much more use out of it for a while. Quads have been sold now the trailer.

Time constraints prevented me from finishing the inside of the roof, plumbing and propane, it's mostly installed, winter came to fast and I just couldn't keep it at the house any longer and had to put it in storage, I have all the stuff, in fact lots of parts and materials go with it.

Asking $3900, call or text Luke @ (559) 577-528zero

Fresno, CA

Full size beds, sink , stove, AC, $2700 firm. This started out as an 8 foot box. The trailer was built and the camper was set on top of it. it is titled as a homebuilt trailer for this reason in Texas. It has two double sized beds and dinette that makes into a bed almost as big. Will include the Honda 3000 Generator with little to know run time, the rear rack for it and dewalt 1/2 drive drill for $5000

I have pulled this Jeeps and a one ton truck. It pulls great. Pulled it with a TJ, LJ, XJ, JK, and JKU All pull it good.

Hi, this has been a project trailer of mine for the last couple of years. I had intended to keep working on it while using it to make my own version of an adventure trailer as I love the way this trailer looks. Very high clearance. A couple of months ago a Horizon became available locally used so I decided that given my limited time I would shortcut and just buy that. I am not sure what this trailer was originally but it is heavy duty and built as a one off it appears. It looks to have jeep springs on it. They have greasable shackles. No shocks but even fully loaded I never needed them. When I got it I had the entire trailer sandblasted, replaced the fenders with Adventure Trailer fenders, added a rack on the tongue for AT can holders, added a mount for a Propane tank and built a rack for the top. I coated the entire trailer with POR-15 and then Duplicolor spray on bedliner to protect the POR-15 from the sun. You won't have any issues with rust on it. The trailer was built as a utility trailer so it has holders for Stakes to carry high loads. I used these as anchor points for a metal top rack. By removing 8 bolts you can take the rack off and use it as a utility trailer still. The rack is easily strong enough to carry an RTT (I have both an ARB and a Tepui for sale in the Equipment section). I currently use a canvas tarp to keep the dust out. The trailer inside dimensions are 72x48. It easily holds 5 Action Packers with room for firewood boxes down the center and plenty of space for chairs etc on top. It has the Toyota 6x5.5 bolt pattern and currently has 16x8 rims with 315/75/16 MT/R's on it with plenty of tread. I also have a set of BFG AT's (265/75/16) that I could swap out if the 35's are too big. They are basically brand new and currently on the Horizon that I bought. Ping me with any questions. Very easy to pull. No trailer brakes. It is located in San Jose, CA. I'll take $100 off if you buy one of the tents to go with it. I have taken this trailer to British Columbia twice and plenty of trips to the Sierras. I'd like to get $2250 for it. I also have 3 AT gas can holders and cans that I can include for the right deal.

I have more pictures if you would like.

I'm starting a new chapter in my life and I can foresee not using this trailer to it's full potential therefore it is with great regret that I'm going to sell my RTT trailer. As of right now the RTT is NOT included with the trailer nor are the MFCs. As you'll notice from the pictures I chopped off the front 36" of the stock trailer to accommodate a nose box and room for 6 Scepter MFCs (well 4 MFCs and 2 water). I pulled the trailer with my 04 Tacoma without any issues, it pulls wayyy better than my 5x10 utility trailer!! I've had it on the freeway fully loaded with camping gear going 80 mph. If you truly want a turn key solution for an RTT trailer, I will consider including the RTT but I prefer not to. I'm located in the Salt Lake City Valley.

The below is a short list of the details of the trailer, PM me with any questions.

Custom Aluminum Lid with intergrated RTT bars- used 1/8” 5052 (so strong I can stand on lid without
any issues)
Grease-able hinges
De-sta-ca Latches
200 LB lift struts
Water and Dust Proof
Front 36” of trailer replaced with Ό” 6061 Aluminum deck
Custom rack for 6 Scepter MFCs
Weather Guard Aluminum box
Converted Military lights to 12V and 4 pin but can re-wire to 7 pin
Military drop axle
Each wheel has hand brake
Brake lines still intact from Military surge brake.
Military 37” Goodyear MTR (I’m told they’re run flat but haven’t confirmed) have less than 2,500 miles
on them, new when purchased.
Hutchinson Bead-locks
Removed lunette to install AT hitch plate for max coupler
Max coupler – New style
8000 lbs bulldog hand crank leg
Two rear stabilizing bars

Price $4,000.00 Or Best Offer

Kakadu bushranger 150 tent unit on custom steel framed trailer with aluminum checker plate sides. I built the trailer two years ago and repurposed it for the kakada in the last month or so. The tent unit has been used once. It has only been set up about 4 times, mostly by me fitting it to the trailer. It looks and smells new. It has the complete sun room with floor that has never been used.
The trailer has access to inside under the bed, a pull out kitchen, fuel and water can storage behind dry box. It also has a new jack, stabilizer and pull out kitchen. Water cans and fire extinguisher included, lawn chairs are not. $5000 Located in parksville bc. on vancouver island.

Still have to finish up a few things like the counter top on the kitchen but that should be done tonight.

Ultimate off-road tent trailer. Two hitches - 2 inch ball and pintle (military style). This trailer will go anywhere your 4-wheel drive vehicle will take you, and allow you to sleep 3 feet off the ground (stay dry and warm!). 33" tires with 16" inch rims (worth $1200), 1200 lb. flex axle (air stream style) and 6 inch lift kit. Very large belly storage lined with thick durable coating and includes Heavy duty rubber mat. 3m lining finish on exterior. Super rugged. Will include full portable military style camp kitchen and 12 volt cooler with purchase. Does not need to be licensed due to its weight - weighs less than 1000 lbs.

Hey Everybody,

I have an M416 1/4 ton military trailer, that has been slightly modified by adding a lid, receiver hitch, and trailertop tent. The tent is the Eezi-Awn Globetrotter, which is designed specifically for a trailer. I purchased the trailer from a military surplus dealer in Delaware, at which point the trailer was taken apart sand blasted and re-painted black. The tires are in great shape and were brand new when the trailer was purchased in 2009. There is a spare tire that came with it that has not been used. I flipped the axle in order to gain height to pull behind my 4runner, which has caused no ill effects other than it being a couple inches taller. I have new brake lights that have not yet been installed as well. This trailer is great for camping anywhere. It can be pulled easily behind any SUV or pickup. There is nothing wrong with the trailer or tent, I am just looking to find it a new home. Please contact me with with further questions or request for more pictures. I am willing to deliver the trailer up to 50 miles for free, and anywhere past that for a fee, yes I will deliver it to anywhere, as long as you are willing to pay for my fuel, time and possibly 100 dollars for a service on my truck. I am also willing to help ship it at buyers expense. The trailer is located north of Atlanta GA, Im looking to get 4750 for the set up. The trailer has some things in it that are visible (the propane tank) that will not be included. The carpet and side walls of the add on room of course are included.

Located North of Atlanta GA, asking 4750.

So I'm offering up my ARE DCU aluminum truck topper. It fits a second gen Tundra (07-now) and is just under a year old. I've done some mods to make it more expo and camp worthy including a fantastic fan vent (IIRC that's the brand) and Yakima tracks professionally installed. I've camped out it in several times and is tall enough to sit up in, on top of a 3" foam mattress.

It has the full-length side doors for secure storage and easy access, and a full height swing-up door in the rear that provides some shade/shelter when open. Also included is a simple shelf across the back, mosquito netting and curtains that velcro on.

Price drop - $1800 without the rack and accessories, but the Yakima tracks will stay.

Located in Irvine, CA.

SUMMER IS HERE, UNIT IS READY!

ALL ORIGINAL IMPORTED UNIT FROM THE NETHERLANDS - LICENSED IN WA

**NO FLAME RETARDANT ON CAVAS**

The Holtkamper Cocoon is incredibly easy to put up. Due to the integrated frame, the main living area of the trailer tent, can be unfolded and ready to use in minutes, including the zipped in groundsheet, and with NO pegging to do! The front canopy is permanently attached so there is no difficult zipping and unzipping to do, and with only 3 poles and guy ropes this too is incredibly easy to set up.

Spacious canopy
The large Sunrise canopy, is erected using only 3 poles. No effort at all. The canopy can be used in various ways.

Integrated groundsheet
The erection and pack away system of the Cocoon has been designed, to protect the tent fabric from the dirt on the groundsheet. If you would like to thoroughly clean the groundsheet, you are able to un-zip it from the tent.

Pack-N-Go!
With Holtkamper's Pack-N-Go system you can also access this storage area without unfolding the trailer tent. Simply unzip and lift the bed base and canvas (fitted with a gas strut for ease of lifting) thus allowing you to pack and unpack for your holiday easily. There is also a further 600 litre storage capacity under the soft top of the trailer where you can easily store items such as tables and chairs when in transit.

Control the climate
The Cocoon is equipped with a worldwide patented system for ventilation, insulation and condensation prevention: the Holtkamper Membrane Airco Tent System. Once you've used this system, you'll never want to do without it. During hot weather (over 80 degrees) you open the roof and the hot air flows out of the tent. At the same time, the sun is prevented from heating the air in the tent: the air under the outer roof, escapes straight away as soon as the sun causes the temperature to rise. In all other (normal) weather conditions, you don't need to do anything! The Membrane Airco Tent System, works automatically. There is a kind of 'climate chamber' between the two roof layers. When it rains, the climate chamber prevents condensation and in cold weather it retains the heat. In hot summer weather, the climate chamber insulates the roof from the indoor area, so that the sunshine heats up the tent less quickly. A fantastic system! And that's not all: you can even completely remove the Kyte's roof by unzipping it from the main tent. Very handy to support minor repairs or, if after many years, you decide to replace the roof.

Seeling like a Royal
Inside the Cocoon there is a double bed, with a slatted base to reduce condensation and eliminate the need for daily airing of the mattress. The mattress is made from high density foam, ensuring comfort and longevity, and the aluminum frame, fitted with gas struts, makes the bed very lightweight and easy to lift to gain access to the large, 750 litre, storage space underneath

Holtkamper Cocoon keypoints:
The Holtkamper Cocoon is incredibly easy to put up. Due to the integrated frame the main living area of the trailer tent is able to be unfolded and ready to use in minutes, including the zipped in groundsheet, and with NO pegging to do! The front canopy is permanently attached so there is no difficult zipping and unzipping to do, and with only 3 poles and guy ropes this too is incredibly easy to set up.

Once upon a time, I bought this trailer in hopes of building it into a camping trailer to tow behind my CJ. A wife and a baby later, priorities change, the Jeep is gone and the trailer is sitting in the basement taking up space. I love the thing but it's obvious that I am not going to do anything with it anytime soon so I thought I would post it up to see if there is any interest.

I don't know any history of the trailer other than I pulled it out of a barn and it is in great original shape. The original pintle hitch and landing leg is there. The only rust is minor surface rust on the bottom but I will let the pics do the talking. It has been painted gray but you can still see the original green where some paint has flaked off behind the fenders. The wiring harness is complete but I do not know if it works. The tires hold air but are dry rotted and the bearings need to be packed, so plan on trailering, not towing this home. I do have two extra wheels and a spare tail light to go along with it. The trailer is located just NE of Atlanta near I-85.

Price is $1000 firm. It's a great trailer, especially for this side of the country, and I think it is well worth the price. I would prefer a cash exchange when you pick it up. Sorry, I am not interested in or comfortable with a long distance sale.

Not really interested in trades unless, for some crazy (I mean perfectly sensible!) reason, you want to do a partial swap on a 91-93 Cummins, Class B camper van or a slide in for a Blazer. Yeah....didn't think so....but just throwing it out there.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks
Ryan

I just bought this camper From a gentleman that hadn't used it. I took it out once and love it but My life has taken a turn and I won't be able to use it in the near future. My handicapped mother has fallen needing much more assistance from the day to day and I am currently fighting colon cancer. I thought this would be a nice quick way to get out and camp. (And it was) but I just am not afforded the time I thought I would be.

I drove 18hrs round trip for this and just trying to recoup what I have in it. $1950

This fits in a 6ft Bed and weighs about 300lbs All aluminum Construction Absolutely no wood to rot. I took it out and that evening it got down to 35 Degrees and with a small space heater it kept it very warm and comfortable inside.

In the top picture I have all the windows closed. In the bottom they are opened but still have screens in front of them.

This is a livin lite quicksilver TC2

I used it on my 4cyl Tacoma and still achieved 24mpg Highway

Here's one for sale >

1997 M1101 in fantastic condition. All military mainteance updates completed through 2004 -

I have replaced the 37" tires with new Falkin 33" offroad tires and GM 8 lug steel wheels and also have replaced the shocks. Both the tires and shocks have less than 50 miles on them.

The wheels and tires have lowered the trailers stance to a more manageable height.

I have an extra steel wheel for a spare along with an Erick's Military adapter to run the trailer off standard 12V system and connector.

Everything works - Lights, Surge Brakes, Hand Brakes and it pulls straight and true.

Located in Birmingham, AL

Any questions - Please email

Asking $1250

Hi,

Thinking of selling my M101 cdn army trailer. It's in great shape and was excellent behind my Patrol but I just bought an E350 ambulance that I'm converting as a 4x4 camper and it basically disappears behind it. So if it sells I'll be looking to replace it with a larger one (M1101?).

I custom built the top with plywood, fiberglass and SS piano hinge backed by a aluminum brace for lateral strength. It's waterproof, light and strong! I can easily lift the top loaded with the RTT. The trailer was modified with a tailgate, 2 extra leafs, new shocks and two extra wheels/tires. All lights are 12v LED. Two ammo box for storage at the front.

The tent is a Tepui Kukenam, 1 year old and in great shape.

I'm heading to Expo in a couple weeks so it can be viewed or purchased at the time although it's currently registered in Canada so some paperwork will be involved, no biggies...

And if you're so inclined you can also buy my '93 Nissan Patrol turbo diesel with it for a bunch more money (might be a tiny bit harder to register ;))

Trailer price: $3800

Cheers
Mr. D
