Very sorry to hear about the tundra's engine. You're build was definitely one of my main inspirations to build my own tundra.

Hello Jeremy, the winch works great. I'll see if the photos are still available. Most of the mods just made the winch easy to service - like the zerk fittings. A high performance motor does help it work faster, and a motor from an XP Warn is easy to modify to fit the Husky. I can supply if you are interested.

I just ran across your thread on modding the Husky 8 winch and was wondering if you could fix some of the pictures or point me to a link where they are located. I have one of these winches and am interested in the mods you have done. Do you have a long term report of how it's been working for you and the things you've pulled with it?
