Mattracks

I drove a Suzuki Kei truck with them installed. It was just on gravel so could not tell how they drove in snow or deep mud. They do seem to take a lot of power and have alot of roll (track) resistance. But I have noticed this on the big Tuckers also. So speed is not great.

Touring vans and suburbans have been using them in West Yellowstone for years.

I've ridden in an H1 with them in deep snow and they did amazing. This one is used as a supply runner in a cat skiing place I went to a few years ago. Not sure what maintenance is like with them or if they're worth the cost though.

worth the money? thats kinda subjective. most of the time you see them mounted up there is no other way to get where they are going except w/ a tracked vehicle. its not really an option or a question of are they worth it, its just something that has to be done to get there.

Being that this is an Expedition site, I thought that the Mattrackswould be a perfect subject. What better way to be prepared for any kind of terain and no flats to worry about.
