The pin hole thing is from cavitation on the wall caused by high compression and the rapid expansion and contraction of the iron, this can happen with cold coolant. While under high load the...
If you want a cable ebrake you use eldorado calipers on the rear.
find a 70hd
162770 18"-18.5" but it slants down too. Measuring my 65 says you would have to notch the bottom of the frame. The ZF6 np203/205 doubler sounds awesome.
toggle clamps. http://www.thetoggleclampstore.com/431.html just for more options
K.I.S.S. keep it simple. Four ujoints or eight. Three shifters two that need constant use. Coffee, traffic and a phone call oh crap I just smashed a Prius.
I vote 10 speed RTO
k. I'll get a picture with a tape measure and post it tonight or tomorrow.
If you need the width of a diesel zf5 and tcase I can get it for you tonight, I have my spare sitting in the back yard.
The pinion is tight? Have you drained this axle before? If not that chunk could have been in there for years. You can pull the axles and spin the carrier to see how its doing, look at the spiders....
Does it make any noise, or feel lose anywhere?
After reading that about bohemath, I would avoid them like the plague. There is also the zf5 and the Borg Warner t case.
I have yet to need coolant to last for twenty years. I just need it to cool.

I would keep a look out for a zf6 with a np271 mated to it. Puts your crawl at 3 mph at 750 rpm. and overdrive is a .72 for just over 2000 rpm at 75 mph.
I may be completely on a different track , but don't you want micro bubbles to form and break away as they are helping transfer more enthalpy to the coolant. I'll have to over think it some more I...
200 RPM is at least what you need to start well. Starting machine might not have enough amps or some connections are not clean. Not sure on the noise. Hard to tell without being there, maybe the...
I would go as far to say no. Vast majority getting cyro rotors want gas holes or slots.
Sounds all fine a dandy, all the increase comes from the increase in operating temp(running a hotter thermostat). A lot more heat under the hood to melt stuff, transfer to the cab, make it so it has...
Paint can, one or two gallon bucket with lid. I put mine in a five gallon bucket with extra fluids and some times a funnel if it will fit.
My opinion on the matter is use the money to get a dana 60 in it before a locker, cause I tend to break 1/2 and 3/4 ton axles. If you do lock it or put in a LSD, the advice above is sound.
14 bolt hubs go right on a 70. Disc brakes will also be the best way to go.
