Ah well, I commented on the pics on D2 forum and I read the write up on here. Great stuff, albeit you're a bad Santa. Top tip, buy a box of pens, pencils or crayons ...kids love them.

I use something in the uk called Wisa board, it's plywood with a grippy surface, they use it on truck decks and trailer flooring.
To stop rattle.. Which it did, I use steel conduit saddles, screwed...
