Hi i start my tread for build my off road camper

C = carrier (is my name pascal carrier)
N = Noel (name of my wife)
C = camper


is based of 4'x8'
i look look the
SawTooth XL and the Off Road 'Kinda-Sorta


is my camper
first skech

tire 31 AT
axel 2000lbs
wall (fram is my with tubing 3/4 with foam)
exterior aluminium and checker plate
interior 1/4 plywood

Nice design. Looks to be a bit narrow though. How wide is it?

the wide is 48'' interior

the camper is for me or me and my wife ...


for the famaly i have big camper for it


the windos is arrival today

on this week end i'm starting the build !!

Looking good- how do you intend to join the outer wood to the frame ?
sealing the corners etc

Depending on the interior and gear you intend carrying you may find a 2000lbs axle a bit weak- clarify on road no issues but off road the stresses are higher

i would like to make natch on plywood and welded the frame on sub fram ...

forme the axel is 2000lbs
i would like to my off road with
but is possible to upgrade for 3500lbs on this summer
but this camper is veri lighty ...


i waiting the steel sheet for exterior ...
