Well, I am a Landcruiser guy always have been always will be, but I have a very soft spot for Land Rover. I had my fill of Land Rover pørn when I somehow wound up at the Rover Owner's Association of Virginia annual Mid Atlantic Rally. Great event and the ROAV guys are great hosts... here are some pics:

Love the forward and rear use winch... very ingenious

I dig that rear mounted winch.
I know it must be heavy but I have secretly always wanted one!

This year's event was just outside Bowling Green, VA.

I can't say for sure as I don't know 101 winches. There were two 101's there and we where with them one day. The wiches are the ones fitted by the military and use the PTO. Both guys were throwing levers all over the cab to use them.

For the guy that asked this is ROAV's MAR held every year the first weekend in October. For many years it was held on a farm in Buckingham County south of Charlottesville. This year they moved to a new location on a farm between Fredericksburg and Richmond.

EDIT: 6pins I realized from your sig line, this is a Land Rover only event. Your welcome to come by but Land Rovers only on the trail. But I am always happy to take riders!

If you are talking about the 101 it is one winch that can operate front or rear!
