When I glanced at this, at first, I thought the title was requesting a CB Handle. I was going to suggest "Jim Bob"  As for your original topic... There are a lot of nice handhelds out there for a good price new. Have you spent much time looking around? Otherwise you may want to post up a price you are thinking about paying...
