This M100 has been confirmed as SN# 218 and DOD = 1 - 53
^ = an interesting note = v
It was found that many of the '53 series M100's came from the factory with data plates stamped with irregular sized numerical fonts...
primarily the 1 (# one) being larger then the others.
just an FYI... if you might have an interest to know
Paid $ 600.
first day at 'er new home...
Needing some TLC...
several cracks in the frame, needing attention...
tub removed...
rust scale removed from the tub... 50/50
My feeble attempt at a rattle can primer job...
and finally how she sits at the moment...
Sprayed 'er down with an acrylic primer and is ready for paint.
Now I can actually start working on fun things...
