Anybody know any doctors in Baja or anything about their EMS?

Years ago I had an offer to work in Baja and I stupidly passed on it (I had student loans and a girlfriend- dumb reasons looking back on it). I'm curious what's going on down there now and if anyone has any contacts who might be able to give me some information on possible jobs.

Where in Baja? I have family in El Pescadero (coast north of Los Cabos). I don't think they're doing medical work now (medicinal cannabis, maybe, heehee), but I believe my aunt's an RN. She might know something for the southern tip of the peninsula if that's where you're looking.

I'm really just trying to figure out what, if anything, they offer as far as EMS. It's been a few years since I was down there and at the time I only saw one beat to hell old Ford vanbulance and one behind a fence that didn't look like it ran. I'd really like to talk to someone about working down there, at least for a while.
