    Default Which GPS?

I've never had a GPS, but I know I want one....I'm not really looking for a handheld, I want something for my truck with a nice sized screen. Most of my trips will be within UT, so something that can handle dust would be nice...Price is not much of a factor, I want to buy and nice one I won't need to upgrade in a year...What would you buy, I'm leaning towards a Lowrance 540c but will explore other/better options...

Edit - Also something that is Mac OS X compatible

Magellan Crossover is great, $229 at Costco right now and comes pre-loaded

Good review of this unit in OJ recently.

I think I will, Circuit City has it for $449....Is that a good price?

Very happy with our Magellan Crossover. Costco price was awesome. Has worked great for both on road and off road use. Highly recommend this unit.

I just bought the Magellan Crossover too and I am very happy with it, I just took a trip to Mexico and used the Topo map that comes preloaded and it works great, I found my spot at night in Mexico!

I think you could spend more but why?

I would give it a chance,if you buy at Costco and if it is not what you were looking for just return it and get your money back!
