I found a perfect container for my Viair 400P

It always bothered me that my Viair 400P came in a soft sided bag that did not allow itself to be packed away in the back of my vehicle very well. So off to WallyMart I went and in the camping section I saw a collection of bright orange thick plastic "ammo cans" complete with a rubber top seal for about +-$20. I brought one home, slid my compressor in the container, and lo and behold discovered that it was exactly the correct size length wise and give or take a half inch width wise. This container has outside dimensions of 8"x13 3/4" and allows for the hose to be stored snugly on top of the compressor leaving virtually a no rattle hard-sided solution.
