Last Weekend

Here is one of my Defender taken by a buddy last weekend - We were above 11,500 feet :wings:at the time - that is snow in the lower right corner of the picture.

Here is a short video of my 1958 Series II. (nearly as good as a picture I guess)
This vehicle is a rolling project, which I have intended to restore for quite some years now. I just still haven't found the time to do it... Maybe I'll pass it on to someone who has enough spare time ;)

sydneyman, just saw your in thomasville, ga. i dont think there are many areas to wheel around there but there are some decent trails down in the Appalachicola National Forest south and west of Tallahassee. it's mainly water crossings and mud but they are pretty fun

Hey, thanks for the heads up! i agree around here is flat and boring and H-O-T...

ive done a little off roading where you're talking about and found a few trails. i didn't explore too much as i was just on my way to the shooting range out there and got distracted...:)

Im from north GA so the mountains up there are a little more exciting so thats where i get my offroad and camping fix! Went to school in VA and it was fun exploring those parts of appalachia as well.
are you still in Tallahassee?

sorry for the OT!:smiley_drive:

I know, I've included a photo of the little red truck previously....

But last week it actually had its tires dirty :)
