It's a HiQ Antenna 680 MC-3 80m - 6m HF antenna. Made for the Marine Corp. 3.5MHz - 54MHz fully tunable. I run a FlexRadio 1500 at 5w, and or my Yaesu FT-450 at 100w. The Flex is a Software Defined Radio. Both work great, and in an emergency, I can use both in the truck, one to listen and one to transmit. Also have full computer and am putting in a DVR camera setup.
