Bajarack questions:
Do you think a spare tire would fit ok in the front basket section (LR3)?
Also, does the sunroof open completely? Not really a big deal since I don't use it much if at all.

Yes, it would fit up there, I think several folks carry them that way.
Yes, the sunroof will work exactly as it does without the rack. It is still nice to use when it's hot so air can escape, etc.
VERY solid rack, a bit fugly, but it will serve you well.

$500!!!! That is a steal on a beautiful looking rig!
My latest late night craigslist find, nice enough for $500. 95 LWB soon to under go 5 spd swap.
It needs work but for this price I'm happy to put some time into it.
