Yeah...in my neck of the woods too, and they didn't even let me know they were coming! (Do I really smell that bad, Ted? I swear I took a shower only last year...:D)

This trip was double secret, need to know only. The good news is the route is also part of Expedition Solis in August so there's another chance for the rest of us.

Drove the Transcontinental Railroad from Promontory Utah to Wendover Nevada. Did it all in one day and had a great time!

Took my wee lad to the ski area on Sunday, and he had a short slide just as a white-out began to wind itself up and created havoc. Road eventually was closed by the Police, and my short-cut home over the moor reminded me why Land Rovers are worth having! It's a proper winter this year in Scotland.

In reply to 1985 110:

I don't know about anyone else, but to me 110's in white just look 'right'. Now my 110 roof is white I'm going to slowly turn the rest of it white too, starting with the new back door thats going on soon. Anyway thats a lovely '85 model you have there looks like a lot of TLC has been invested in it. Living history!

Went a drive on Friday to Glen Etive, or the film Skyfall location where Bond and M are gazing down a misty Glen with the DB5 nearby.
