I have a spare JKU hardtop (don't ask...). I want to build a camping trailer that uses the hardtop for the top cover. Anyone ever heard of or seen this done? Would take some fabbing, but I have a shop and not in a hurry. Trying to get ideas.. Pics or links please if you've seen anything like this. Thanks!

There's someone on here who used two bronco tops (I believe) to cover a trailer that will be towed behind his bronco (search bronco trailer - or something along those lines). Then there's some of the idea's that jschaub (sp) had on his bolt together fiberglass trailer build (a couple models have HT for lids/covers - I think). It's a long thread, but I believe its on pg 2 (I have 100 posts per page).

I have done so with CJ stuff. It can just as easily be done with JK stuff but I would sell the JKU stuff that brings big $$ still and build it out of CJ stuff for half the price.
