Default Post Pic's of your Jeep

    Hey Everybody,

Since I was in Africa last summer, I have become more interested in overland and expedition travel instead of rocks and mud. I have a 2000 TJ Sport and have had it on trails and some rocks. I have an REBB with 31 x 10.5" AT's. I am planning on replacing those with 33 x 10.5's. I would love to see what everybody's rigs are like. I have looked at other vehicle forums here and some are posting pics. I think that the TJ is often overlooked for this type of travel due to space limitations. Thanks

Here's my Jeep. It's more of a crawler, but handles multi day trips just fine when I go alone. Titan is for the family camping.

    Default The CJ Overbuild!

Well I've seen some others' in progress builds so here's mine.

1st day of ownership: No rust great running/driving '88 Wrangler-I know the title says CJ and this pic shows a YJ but she aged 2 years that 1st week with me!

    2nd day:

Present Day: 3" rear stretch with 37s tucked into place with stock height springs!

Up front I installed a little something to add reliability, simplicity, and power and range at the same time! P-pumped Cummins 4BT

There were many steps between the first day and now. And many more until done. But the goal is a comfy and extremely capable daily driver that I won't hesitate to jump in for any trip needed. I have some Ford Windstar seats that fit me very well and am building it as soft riding as the uptravel vs bumpstops will allow! I have a build thread on JF under the same screenname, if curious.

Southern Illinois (also known as "Little Egypt" or "Egypt") is the southern third of the state of Illinois. The southern part of Illinois is geographically, culturally, and economically distinct from the rest of the state. Much of Southern Illinois is still culturally affiliated with western Kentucky, southwestern Indiana, and southeast Missouri, and the people speak with similar accents.
