Question Regarding instruments panel Montero 1995

Quick question I replaced all the lightbulbs for the panel of my Montero 1995 2 gen...for some reason the lightbulbs indicating if it is on 4x4 mode are not turning on...lightbulbs are changed, fuses arecworking...also it is not marking the gas levels...any ideaxircsuggestion to correct this problem? Thanks!
