I found this solar panel. What is it and what can I do with it?

Connect the leads from your multi meter to the terminals on the bottom, place the panel in the sun and see if you get voltage. Set your meter to at least 30 volt dc as this will be unregulated voltage.

If it works, get a simple charge controller and you have a great passive battery charger!

Can't tell from the pic how long it is. You'll have to put a meter on it to find out how many amps/watts it produces. If it's not much longer than is shown, than it's probably a low watt unit, like 2-5 watts. Not very much.
