barbecue box for a coleman stove?

Has anyone looked for, found or used a barbecue box on a two burner Coleman (liquid fuel) stove? I like the idea of the Camp Chef barbecue boxes, but the smallest seems to be too big for the Coleman. I'm trying to consolidate to one fuel source so I don't have to carry propane cylinders around for everything.

I would avoid using your stove for a grill. I've used several types, and they're always a mess. I've gone back to using a separate little $39 grill from any hardware/department store. and keep the stove for regular cooking. For breakfast I put the griddle on the grill and can still use the stove for coffee pot. And the griddle heats more evenly that way. When grilling dinner I can use the stove to cook side dishes.

Maybe try one of those combo stove/ grills? I had one but rarely used it because I like to grill with a lid, everything gets too dry without one.
