Rack is in Santa Teresa, NM (Across street from El Paso, TX)
Mounts to OEM bed rack and you are still able to use Toyota tie downs, has tab on rear for light & tabs on sides for antennas.
Rack sits a little above roof line for use with a RTT, areas on side for mounting roto-packs,shovels etc.
Rack was custom built by http://anbcustomfabrication.webs.com/ in Las Cruces NM
I've had it for four months, selling because I'm changing direction on build.
