86 Land Rover Defender 110 shop truck project

I'm asking because I don't know. Does the bulkhead bolt in or weld in?

Hi again. Where did you get those fuse box connectors? I have a fuse box on order, but it didn't come with the connectors.

I have a 300tdi wiring loom I was going to use, but after looking at all the connector differences between that and my existing loom, I decided to just switch out the fuse box like you've done instead.

I installed my bulkhead last night, as I'm waiting for a bunch of parts (like the fuse box). Getting the bulkhead back on is a great psychological milestone, even though there's lots more to do.

Victory... it bolts in...
everything basically bolts in... have a 90 want a 130?
Buy parts and go to it in your garage... one of the very few "modern" trucks you can literally build from scratch at home.

Yep, that's why I want a Defender. Lol

As far as VINs, then it's frame and firewall tag I assume? I mean a 90 and 130 frame are not the same so to change configuration it would need matching VIN stamp and firewall tag right?

Thanks.
