Whitecloud's Expo Trailer Build

So as some of you know Lobster13 (Tacomaworld Username) and I have been working on a set of expo style camping trailers. We started them at roughly the same time and looking back might not have been such a good idea simply for lack of space in the garage to work. Well I guess it is finally time to post up a build thread for them. It all started with a need for more camping space for the family and me not wanting to set up the Truck Bed Tent every time we went anywhere.

And sorry if any of the pictures are huge. I don't know how to re-size them. I'll add a ton more here soon.

It all starts with and idea..........

We decided to use the leafs off of a couple of Ford Rangers we found in the junkyard and just pull them apart and repaint them....

Start to the 1st frame...

1st frame basically done.

Support for the tongue

2nd frame sitting on the 1st.

Adding the axle and leaf spring mounts....

Near completion with a few coats of primer......

I know I've been slacking. I tried to finish this before I posted the thread but got a priority call at work. The full build is over on TW.
