California's Gov Brown made a lot of decisions today related to gun rights. Some good, some not so good.
Here is complete list of bills decided on today: http://gov.ca.gov/news.php?id=18265

Here are some links to the actual documents of the veto's. Interesting reading. Each veto is a simple one page memo with his stated rationale for not signing. I recommend reading them, the press probably won't:

Approved:
AB 711 - Lead Ban for Hunting: Very interesting response! http://gov.ca.gov/docs/AB_711_2013_Signing_Message.pdf
This will certainly have a profound impact on the hobby. Not sure what it does to target shooting, such as skeet?

Veto'd
SB 374 - Banning detachable magazines: http://gov.ca.gov/docs/SB_374_2013_Veto_Message.pdf
AB 169 - Off Roster Gun Sales: http://gov.ca.gov/docs/AB_169_2013_Veto_Message.pdf
AB 180 - City's Unique Rights to Ban Guns: http://gov.ca.gov/docs/AB_180_2013_Veto_Message.pdf
SB 299 - Failure to Register: http://gov.ca.gov/docs/SB_299_2013_Veto_Message.pdf
SB 567 - Shotgun Classification: http://gov.ca.gov/docs/SB_567_2013_Veto_Message.pdf
SB 755 - 10 year ban for misdemeanors: http://gov.ca.gov/docs/SB_755_2013_Veto_Message.pdf

Here is a cheat sheet of what he DID approve (pertaining to firearms):
• AB 48 by Assemblymember Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley) – Firearms: large-capacity magazines.
• AB 170 by Assemblymember Steven Bradford (D-Gardena) – Assault weapons and .50 BMG rifles.
• AB 231 by Assemblymember Philip Y. Ting (D-San Francisco) – Firearms: criminal storage.
• AB 500 by Assemblymember Tom Ammiano (D-San Francisco) – Firearms.
• AB 538 by Assemblymember Richard Pan (D-Sacramento) – Firearms.
• AB 539 by Assemblymember Richard Pan (D-Sacramento) – Firearm possession: prohibitions: transfer to licensed dealer.
• AB 1131 by Assemblymember Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley) – Firearms.
• SB 127 by Senator Ted Gaines (R-Rocklin) – Firearms: mentally disordered persons.
• SB 363 by Senator Roderick D. Wright (D-Los Angeles) – Firearms: criminal storage: unsafe handguns: fees.
• SB 683 by Senator Marty Block (D-San Diego) – Firearms: firearm safety certificate.

And for a bit of humor: Read this one: http://gov.ca.gov/docs/SB_769_Signing_Message.pdf

I was unable to find any other letters online, but there are lots of summaries of the bills that were approved:

I take it the lead ban does not have a grandfather clause to allow us to use up our old lead ammo. If I read that right we have until 2019 to use it up. I wonder if its going to effect target shooting.
