Hi everybody.
It's time to present us, Pierre, Theresa and Ursul.
I am from Québec, Theresa from Switzerland and Ursul, the German, has spent his first life as a Fire truck in Switzerland.
We all live in Gruyère region, Switzerland.
We plan to leave next August for a few years around the world. Although not very big, we need some comfort if we want to travel that long. The dificulty is to define what is important for our comfort. Simplicity and reliability is crucial.
We have Ursul for 2 years now, it was a simple camper, used for holidays
We had tought to upgrade the firetruck box but finally decided to remove it.
Ursul has spent the summer at Ormocar in Germany. It was supposed to be ready in August but little was done then.
In October, it was finally ready. Ormocar had been late but we are very happy with their job.
We brought Ursul back home
The big side opening in the back let us feel outside from the living/dining/sleeping room in the back
The cabin is empty, here is the kitchen corner in the front with the passage to the cab.
The work can start, first job, the Lewmar roof window over the entrance/shower/toilet room.
I will show more in the next post
Any comments are welcome
Pierre
