Android Weather App

Hey Everyone,
I am sure that someone has looked for this before but does a weather app exist that uses gps signal and not wifi/4g? Basically my goal is to have my tablet for navigation and to have a weather radar app that works in areas that I do not have wifi or 4g signal. Thanks

Most weather apps can use GPS for obtaining position; but, uhhhhh.....where would the weather info (current conditions, forecast, etc) come from? GPS is for location only, you still need a data connection to get the weather data.
