I'm a new member of this forum. I run an offroad/hiking business in Kanab, Ut. We have 4 Chevy Suburbans from 2001-2002. We are having trouble with ball joints holding up to the constant abuse. I have been advised that the only upgrade to the failing moogs we currently use for our trucks is Fab Tech and apparently it is a stouter and totally different design. It also requires replacing the A-Arm. This problem is frustrating because the moogs boots are ripping while the joint itself is still ok but its is impossible to keep it lubricated. I get tired of juggling trucks for these type of recurring repairs. Any suggestions from forum members?
