Adhesive advice

I am working on my camper and I need to repair several patches we did a couple of years ago and the foam to skin bond has failed.

The wall construction is .04 aluminum, on the inside and outside, bonded to a foam core.

I used 2" roof insulation, it has a thin fiberglass sheet bonded to each face.

I also used sealed pop rivets to connect the aluminum together.

What I need is a recommendation for bonding the foam to the aluminum and sealing the aluminum joint.

GOOP.

I use Marine GOOP more than the traditional GOOP, due to better UV stability.

Warm up the tube of GOOP in hot water to make it spread thin.
Apply thin layer to your foam and stick that sucker down.

Done!

Woah, did I say acetone? I meant toluene, available at paint stores. It kills brain cells if you sniff it too much, as I can attest to!

polyiso, good stuff. Haven't melted it with much of anything. Used for roof underlayment and they use some nasty stuff to melt TPO and PVC roofs on top of it.

Is it in a place where the glue needs to be a bit flexible? Id use 5200 in that case. Or epoxy in somewhere that will be mostly rigid. I used epoxy on mine, to bond the fiberglass back to the foam.
