Back to the drawing Board, decided to finish the solution for the lower bed.
As mentioned I want a flexible solution so that we can have a lot of loading space and only 2 permanent beds, or 4 permanent beds and some loading Space. This is what I think I will og for:
(beds seen trough garage door opening, upper beds are above what can be seen in the illustrations)

4 permanent beds, approx 650l of cargo space under lower beds.

3 permanet beds, approx 2100l of cargo Space

2 beds + 4200l cargo (ATV fits inside:)):

Since I still haven`t got the outer aluminium profiles and other aluminium parts that needs to be laser cut / pressed in order to finish the outside of the Box, I started on the interior:

Flooring and partition wall between bathroom and wardrobe:

Installation of Dometic Saneo CS toilet:

The hose hanging over the hatch was attached to the toilet when it arrived, but not mentioned With a single word in the installation manual.
It seems to be for venting of the cassette, but no so called "SOG kit" was included, nor is it available for the Saneo either from Dometic or directly from SOG.
Guess I have to ask Dometic...or do you guys have any ideas here?

Maybe I was a bit unclear, I am aware of the SOG kits. I know there are SOG kits available for the Thetford models as well as some older Dometics, but not for the Saneo as far as I can see.
I am basically wondering what to do With the hose when using the toilet without the optional SOG?

After some time without progress, finally Christmas vacation. Santa gave me laser cut aluminium parts for the outside edges of the box as well for door/Hatch framing and for the foldable beds:))

Jostein,
How much clearance is the between the dual rears with the 10R17.5s fitted?
I also checked the standard load index - 141 or 2575Kg per tyre. You could almost go singles with that. (Edit - The Bridgestone VSX is only 134)

Ian

Can I ask what the original tire dimension was? And do all Varios, both the 4x2 and 4x4 have leaf-springs front and rear? Can a small lift be performed easily? Anyone has a picture of the front suspension on a 4x2? Thx!

Standard tyre for the 814DA (4x4) is 9.5R17.5
All have leaf springs front and rear except for some bus variations with an airspring setup in the rear.
There are different types of springs fitted to the front. Mine are 2 leaf parabolic like this:

Others are traditional multi-leaf springs

In terms of creating a small lift
- easy enough on the front. Just make up longer drops (See LHS of photo)
- In rear these drops are the other way around. Shortening them would lift the height. However they're already very short. The alternative is to flip them.

ianc sums it up pretty good. Fliping the rear drops will perhaps give you more than a so called "small lift":)
See drops marked in blue below:

Thanks a lot all, maybe you could flip the bracket fixed to the body, that would give a 50 mm. lift I figure (guessing on the hight a the body being around 100 mm.)

- found a 614D that might be interesting, depending on how the front underbody is configured. Still thinking about a MOG too.

I find it strange that there are such scarce selection of standard ready made door/hatch sizes to choose from, especially when you think of the selection of window sizes available from Seitz and others.
Very few standard products available for DIY except those small service hatches from Thetford/Dometic and some entrance doors.

I know you can order custom made from several sources. Standard products would have been more effective from a quality/price perspective one should think.
