The front Rigids are stacked and close to being in place but I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly how I want them. I may have to mock it up back on the van for precise positioning. Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.
The lower is a 50 inch E, the top is a 40 inch E Amber. I will be making some custom in line brackets to mount these just as soon as I determine the positioning.

Love your rack but to be honest I think you're over doing it with both bars. My experience is more bulbs don't necessarily mean more light output... That 40" might be one amazing back light ;)

Cheers

Front upper 40" is Amber for the foggy mountain mornings. I'm working hard for my money so I can spend it, not so I can save it 😜

Your van is Tres cool! I'd like to see that thing coming down 5th Avenue in NYC!! (be careful not to get one of those little yellow cabs stuck in yer front grill!)

I made a final decision on the placement of the front lights and will commence making the brackets tomorrow

Finally getting back to work on the roof rack and the mounts for the tire on the box! It has been incredibly busy with work and I am taking advantage of the money flowing in since this build is costing me dollar life and limb!!

Just out of curiosity, how do you get that tire down from the roof? Do you carry it down or do you implement some sort of pulley system?
