Ram 2500 hemi 5spd locked and geared - trades?

03 2500 ram with 4.56 gears, tru trac front lsd, power wagon rear locker, carli suspension, 37-12.50 kevlar mtrs, 12k winch behind bumper, swaybar quick disconnects, softopper, new unit bearings, ball joints, and u-joints in the last 10k miles. 115k miles, i need to get about $12,000 or trade for something a little smaller with better mpg (tacoma, 4runner, etc) the truck gets 12-14mpg which isnt bad for 6000lbs and 37's, but im commuting now and need better mpgs
