FS: Land Rover SIII 1 Ton Axles $500 or best offer

LOCAL SALE ONLY - Southern California

BUYER RESPONSIBLE for removing axles from vehicle and transporting, so bring your tools. I have a bad back or I would have done this myself. You can use my cherry picker to help with loading into your vehicle.

These are from a 1975 S III 109" 5 door. I was told they are 1 ton axles so don't kill me if I'm wrong.

I have other parts too so chime in to see if I got what you're looking for.

PM me here or send a text to: nine 0 nine - 6 one four - 3 two one 5

I'm in Rancho Cucamonga

Those look like a standard front rover axle and what's known as a Salisbury rear axle. The front is nothing special, dime a dozen really. However, the rear is what's known as a Salisbury. The pumpkin is similar in design and construction to a Dana 60. The shafts are smaller than a D60 though. This combination is standard on SIII LWB trucks and is not really a one ton setup. Your price is more than fair though and if I were able to pick up I'd be all over them.

Yep, what he said. Salisbury rear is the way to go in a Rover. $500 is a deal.

HEy I really appreciate both your feedback! Thanks if 500 is a deal that will be the price ( though if someone came by with $400 they could have them )
