Berta is looking great and kudos for making her work!

From your first post, I don't you have 7.33 gears. ;) (yeah I read it)

It will be more trouble integrating a switch operated sway bar. The ones in powerwagons and jeeps, not all, typically start to fail a few years later. Biggest complaint is when they do not unlock while needing to flex over some stuff. Stick to manually disconnecting and locking down.

You haven't shown where you put the fridge....

What will you SAS with?

I agree the sway bar disconnect is not the most practical or cheapest wAy to disco the front, but my plan for Berta is to have everything turn key and automatic.
The electronic disconnect is just mainly an idea I have to help set her over the top. I have a few other non conventional mods aswell that I'm playing around with the fabrication of.

Secondly I have no SAS planned for her at this point. My plan is to have 37s with full unrestricted articulation. Using minimal lift and fabricated fenders

Thanks I really enjoy the truck and even though it isn't going to be a huge offroader It is perfect for my needs. My next big event is Expo East are you planning on going Raul B? Any one else planning on going?

4inch BDS lift
Supercharger
LED headlights
Soft topper brand topper for bed
4.10 Gears
Diff seals
Diff service kits
simple light weight military trailer to mount RTT on (painted to match truck)
seat heaters
Hand held or apple based tuner
Long tube Headers
High flow cats
True dual single side exhaust flat black
wifi backup camera
ARB Lockers Front: RD82
Rear :RD150
two optima batteries Yellow 34D
National luna battery kit

Before Expo East:
new cb set up
Spot Gen 3
Under hood mat
Under hood light
Puddle lights
Bed Lights
Nice brake pads
Nice e brake pads
New grill
Interior light fix
Tradesman under the bed rails tool box
new CV axels
new Sway bar links with zerk fittings
new ball joints with zerk fittings
Trans Cooler with fan

what do you normally carry in the bed? i see that you want to get the tool box. have you considered getting the decked system instead?
