mine is a daily driver and I try to remove all my camping gear when no trips are planned to help with weight. Running 285 bfg tires with 40 psi for daily use; get around 11 miles for traffic or city driving and 16 highway.

Mine's a daily driver too. The only mod is I pulled the stock running boards. I've had mine for about 3.5 years now and seem to average about 15.5 in the most common driving I do (a 10.5 mile 50 MPH rural road to town and then some in town driving). When we've done trips to SoCal from here with the family and gear, I've gotten close to 17 MPG driving the speed limit. Once we're in LA though... Maybe 12 MPG if we're lucky.

I run regular per the manual.

2003 daily driver. On non-ethanol, I average 14.5 in town (5 mile daily commute), 10% ethanol it gets 12.8 with conservative driving. Highway is usually mid 16's with regular 10% ethanol gas. Best ever was highway driving 55 and got 19.5mpg. Worst is pulling boat, approx 5500# with trailer, getting 9.5-10.5 rarely getting over 65mph. Seems like I'm usually right around the 300 mile mark when filling up putting 21ish gallons.
Mods are ARB front bumper, no running boards, 275/70r18 at's, mostly empty wooden drawer system.
Mileage calculated at 6% for tires.
