Well the RTT and bed rack will be going back onto the truck next week in prep for a 3day 2 night trip off the island, across the border and South into WA for a wheelin' trip to the Walker Valley OHV area.
I am going to be giving the rack some love and updates before putting it back on for the season:
Anything else I have missed that I should think about doing before mounting?
I am going to be giving the rack some love and updates before putting it back on for the season:
- Adding a "table slide" for our camp table on the underside of the the rack, much of the inspiration came from the FrontRunner setups.
- I will also be adding a pair of quick fists to hold a shovel next to the Hi-Lift
- Painting the rack black (spent the last year in primer)
- Add LED cargo lights to the bottom of rack/tent
Anything else I have missed that I should think about doing before mounting?
