My new DD and long term project 2005 uzj100

Well the first thing I did was remove the running boards and put on 275/70/18 Wildpeak AT's. The suspension is stock and I plan to keep it that way for a while. I'll probably either go with sliders next or a Baja rack. I kinda just want to enjoy it as is for a couple years then start slowly modifying it, it's just so cherry don't want to mess around with it too much.

Nice tire choice. Ive been contemplating them for my next tire. I am running 37"s so the decision to put an AT on there hasnt been made, ive just heard a lot of great things about them and with that 50k warranty, thats tough to beat.

I would go sliders asap. Your rig is cherry, and the best way to keep it that way is some nice armor. You dont want to find yourself on a spur of the moment off road trip and find you are in over your head and then bang up your rocker panels. Ask me how i know ;)

Good advice, thanks, I was leaning towards the sliders for protection. I learned the same lesson with a highly modified Cherokee I used to own.

I decided to take the family out the San Rafael Swell. That place has always intrigued me and just looks so vast and beautiful. It also gave me an excuse to test out all the new toys.
