Pro maps for Windows 8. Trial run.

Just ordered my mounting system. Soon be able to try out maps pro.

It sounds like we have similar tablets; I have a Asus Vivotab. I s that what you are using? If so, What mount did you go with and how do you like it so far?

Yeah I have the same one. I used the raw mount setup but I am redoing it because I used the plastic mounts. Move way to much. This time I'm going with ram x mount, metal arm and vector jk dash mount.

No problem. I was running my acer iconia 210 in the setup as well. but the asus is much lighter. But the mounts we not tight and fitting correctly. I will be updating mine soon to get full performance out of the tablet setups. Its awesome having 1tb of map storage on board and available to use at any time. You can load ANYTHING you want then. I may even get a smaller tablet in windows just to be a dedicated Mobile nav system.
