Captain's LN110 SAS expo project

Thank you! Made sence to me now.

Windscreen, transmission and two out of three driveshafts mounted today. A small step for mankind, a giant leap for me - building a truck out of boxes and piles of parts. Seems like it'll be up and running in about 3 months, January 2015.

Finally got my hands on an R151F to upgrade this winter. Sold the chain driven transfer just a few minutes later so you can only guess where this will end (Hello MarlinCrawler).

A shipload (read 41kg's) of parts just arrived so had to sort a bit as the 1HZ in the HJ60 will be rebuilt and my other '94 Hilux/Pickup is soon ready for a check at the register office.

While I was in the right (wrong) mood i bought a set of 35" as the tire section in my garage has been decreasing too much lately AND, if this hasnt been too much, I had a weak moment buying a half roofrack from a military spec w460 Geländewagen.

Finally got the body mounts from my local Toyota pusher. Mounted a few last night and the rest will be mounted today. After long time with rain it was great to roll it out and do things outside the garage and enjoy the great weather.

The wind deflectors is from a 4Runner.

Im planning to use it as a roofrack. Mainly to have a place to mount the led lights and FM, VHF, UHF antennas. HF will placed on the bed rack (on another w461 rack i have stored). The racks isnt priored until next year.

My guess would be that it's a proportioning valve. What did it come off of?

The truck looks great, by the way.

Thank you!

I have no idea where its supposed to sit. Seems like either clutch or brakes, but since the rear end of the lines is finished, all i can think of is either clutch or nearby the brake master cylinder..?

No rubber lines on my clutch system anywhere, so I would guess that it's not from that. It look like a front brake line, but I don't have anything like it on my '79 solid axle truck or my '90 4runner with IFS. Maybe you don't need it? Aren't your front brakes in and working?

OK. Thank you anyway.

No, my front brakes hasnt been put together as i have to do the birfield first. Calipters were painted last week though.

Front brakes and the last birfield are ready to be installed tomorrow.

Yesterday I ordered a pair of headlamps, door seal, brake master cylinder and all parts to the e-brake. Some of them will get here this week, and the rest before christmas. The fender flares will get here soon.
