Ok I need help choosing the right vehicle.

For the past 5 months on been on the road using an old e350 shuttle bus. This vehicle works but doeasnt have the power im looking for. I also own a 1990 motoraom.its a mercedes bus about 30ft long. That is also lacking any power.
After researching Im leaning towards a 1994 ish ford cf 7000. These come with a 5.9 cummins so it ahould be able to provide the power and being a cabover still will be easy to maneuver.
The bad is I will have another big project making it into a camper
