Any Virginia riders?

I dropped my bike off at a shop for the first time in...nine years or so, last time being ridden at two years ago. I am looking for some easy routes to help get my enlarged carcass back into shape, so I can actually take my MTB, on a MTN. Doing cursory searches online is not coming up with much in my area. I am sure I can find a few if I just follow some dirt roads in the GWNF.

We are in Virginia. Some of the Rails to Trails might be good options to get off road with less intensity required.

The GAP trail, C&O canal and Virginia creeper are all great trails.

This guy has some cool dirt road routes all mapped out also.

Thanks! I will be stopping in Edinburg to pick up maps of trails. The forester folks say I have near 300 miles of trails in the Lee district.
