Building a bumper for my buddy's 100. He wanted something a little lighter than the conventional plate bumper so this is what we came up with. Still a few more bars to add tomorrow but here is the progress so far

Thanks guys, I'm not a big fan of tube bumpers on newer vehicles but i must say I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. I think it just the right combo of plate and tube. We kept going back and forth between plate and tube but the goal was to have a strong but light bumper and that is just not possible with plate. I don't know what the weight is but I would say loaded with lights , winch ect is prob the same as an empty plate bumper. Plus it's always nice having something a little different.

Thanks guys, it took me a little while to get back into the tube bending groove. It's been a while since Iv done any tube work. Been doing a lot of plate stuff lately. I spent a lot of time getting these bends to match the body lines perfectly so I'm glad it shows.
