Solar Oven Roasted, Garlic-Sriracha Sauce Mini-Chicken.

I made a simple, tasty dish in the solar oven today while camping in the Prescott National Forest.
I'm calling it Garlic-Sriracha Mini-Chicken (aka Cornish Hen).

Nice! Looks/sounds yummy... I've been thinking of building a solar oven just for giggles. We RV camp in the desert and thought it would be neat to have freshly baked bread...

I really like solar cooking, I have not tried to bake bread yet but agree it would be nice to have warm bread / rolls with any dinner!!!
