Hey guys,

I've replaced my chassis with an Ausralian military unit, one of the advantages is that it has raise the vehicle by approx. 2inches.

I'm now wondering if I have Compromised the length of the prop shafts..?

Can I compensate by installing a spacers between the drive face of diff @ and the flange face of the universal.

Thanks

Norm.

It depends on what you have for suspension travel. If there is plenty of spline engagement at the ride height and the usual Series leaf sprung levels of articulation.......ie not much, then most likely you will be ok. If not I would have a new prop built rather than using a spacer.

The spacer as you describe it would make the driveline angle worse, not better.

Do you have an 88 or a 109?
