Sprinter Cargo Van Conversion

I am reposting my pics under this title as it didn't feel right that it was listed under Outside Van, since they did not build it. Van Specialties helped us with the conversion of our Sprinter Cargo Van. We are just finishing up wrapping the Bench and Bed Cusions (HR 35 Foam wrapped in Vinyl). Once they are snapped in place, we are heading to Arches N.P. Yes, its going to be hot, but the evenings make it worth it.

Looks easy to keep clean. Does the sleeping platform fold out, or do you sleep crossways in the van?

The sleeping platform is made up of 3 stackable or removable panels. It's overall measurements are larger than a queen size bed, measuring 69" wide by 79" length.

the above link is for the Zamp solar system we installed. This 200 watt, 30 Amp kit is designed for a 3 Port Solar Roof Cap. These 2 - 100 watt panels put out 11.2 amps of charging power. Even in less than full sun, I am getting 6-8 ah continuous. It is the best improvement we have done so far for the Van, by far. Now, this winter I might be singing a different tune when we can finally utilize the Diesel Heater.

The snap install is common on boats for sun pads/cushions/etc. Works pretty well.

I'm diggin' the red. Very nice change from the usual maple or other neutral (bland) colors.

I'm surprised how many of these I'm seeing lately. Passed through Yosemite last weekend and saw 2 or 3 of them.

The combined bed panels measure 69" wide by 79"long. They are stackable, removable or drop down to make a bench.
